About me
Dr. Wade Larson is a Senior Workforce Consultant and Owner of Optimal Talent Dynamic. He has worked with hundreds of organizations over the past 30 years as a consultant, HR executive, and coach – helping them to become their best and improve their culture, talent, and leadership capabilities. With a focus on manufacturing, aerospace, and the trades, Wade is in touch with the “here and now” of what’s going on across the industry. Wade is also the Executive Director of the Production and Manufacturing Institute, a nonprofit that brings together manufacturers and the trades, educators, and the community to build a workforce-ready talent pipeline. He serves as faculty for Washington State University’s Carson College of Business, focusing on leadership and HR for the EMBA program and undergrad courses. He lives in Spokane with his wife, Lauri, who spends most of her time spoiling 6 grandkids or managing the antics of her two Old English Sheepdogs, Hank and Maddie.
