About me
With over 15 years in education and 17 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, I teach Sports Medicine, Medical Careers, and Leadership at Graham-Kapowsin High School. I hold two bachelor’s degrees from Eastern Washington University in Athletic Training and Health & Fitness Education, and a Master’s in Education from Antioch University Seattle. I serve as the FAME committee chair for the Health Science CTE Committee for WA-ACTE. I am passionate about incorporating dentistry into the high school setting to expand students’ understanding of oral health and healthcare careers. I am also Head Girls Flag Football Coach and enjoy supporting students on and off the field while raising my three children and cheering on GK football with my husband, the team’s Offensive Coordinator and O-Line coach.
