About me
My name is Stefanie Brophy, and I currently serve as the Sports Medicine, Medical Careers, and Leadership teacher at Graham-Kapowsin High School. I have also been the Sports Medicine Club Advisor for the past 13 years and a Certified Athletic Trainer and NATA member for 16 years.I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and my Bachelor of Arts in Health and Fitness Education from Eastern Washington University, and I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Antioch University Seattle.I am deeply passionate about education and athletic training, with a strong commitment to preparing students for careers in healthcare. I strive to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that bridge classroom knowledge with real-world application, while fostering professionalism, confidence, and a lifelong dedication to health and wellness.In addition to my teaching and CTSO advising roles, I am the Head Girls Flag Football Coach at Graham-Kapowsin High School and serve as the FAME Committee Chair for HSCTE within WA-ACTE.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am a proud wife and mother of three children, who continue to inspire and motivate me in all that I do.
