About me
As Partnership Director for Sound Experience and the historic schooner Adventuress, Richard collaborates with schools, community nonprofits, local governments, workforce organizations and tribal organizations to design inclusive, mission-aligned programs across the Salish Sea. His work focuses on expanding access to maritime education and creating pathways for youth who have historically been underrepresented in outdoor and maritime spaces.
Richard brings a background in educational administration, maritime instruction, program and curriculum design, nonprofit leadership, and cross-sector partnership development. He is driven by a commitment to building collaborations that strengthen organizations, support youth development, and inspire environmental stewardship and maritime careers.
