Paul J. Warrick is a CTE educator, media arts instructor, and department lead at Lakes High School in Washington State. With a background spanning education, manufacturing, software, and instructional technology, he specializes in helping educators use AI as a thinking partner to personalize learning and increase student engagement. Paul integrates AI, UDL, and SEL strategies into photography, business, and career-connected learning experiences that emphasize student voice, reflection, and creativity. A frequent WA-ACTE presenter, he focuses on practical AI workflows that support deeper thinking rather than replacing it. His work centers on building authentic learning experiences where students use AI to explore ideas, solve problems, and take ownership of their learning.
