About me
Marilyn Delgado has been with U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division since 2013. She began in the Seattle District office and is now in North Idaho with the Boise Field Office of the Portland District Office. Marilyn has experience investigating cases in a multitude of Acts such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, provisions for nursing mothers, home care workers and child labor, the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker’s Protection Act, and various guest worker protection Acts. Marilyn reports what she loves most about her job is the opportunity to learn continuously about different industries and of the federal regulations that govern them.
