About me
Dr. Smith holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. In 2015, Dr. Smith moved into long-term care in Spokane. After four and a half years serving as an Administrator of a skilled nursing facility, including 28 months during the COVID pandemic, Dr. Smith was hired as the LTC Policy Manager with the Workforce Board and leads the LTC Workforce Collaborative.
