Currently serving as a Regional Director at YouScience, Alex is known for his genuine, relationship-first approach. He acts as both an advocate and an ambassador for the schools and districts he works with, always prioritizing the practical needs of educators and students.Alex has built trusted partnerships at the state, district, and school levels by listening to the actual challenges educators face and delivering thoughtful, consultative support. He brings a deep understanding of Washington’s specific educational landscape—from navigating Graduation Pathways to enhancing High School and Beyond Plans (HSBPs)—helping districts access the tools needed to prepare students for life beyond the classroom.At the heart of Alex’s work is a simple but powerful belief: every student is talented, capable, and worthy of success.
