Michelle Spenser is the Executive Director of the Washington Association for Career and Technical Education (WA-ACTE). With a decade of classroom teaching under her belt and experience as a former OSPI Program Supervisor, Michelle is deeply committed to empowering educators and expanding opportunities for students statewide. Beyond her professional advocacy, Michelle is a proud wife, a mother to two wonderful kids, and a passionate member of the global BTS ARMY. She loves bringing people together, sharing great stories, and finding continuous inspiration both in work and in life.
