AI Ready Skills offers a student-led curriculum that builds AI literacy through engaging, interactive learning. In this workshop, come learn how to leverage this future-focused, easy-to-teach program to bring AI Literacy to your students. You will get hands on with the program and see how students explore AI in a safe digital space—Minecraft Education—completing activities and assessments to earn credentials. You will leave with all the resources you need to get your students started with AI Ready Skills.For this workshop you will need to bring a device with Minecraft Education installed. Participants will be able to describe the core components of the AI Ready Skills curriculum and explain how it builds AI literacy through student-led, interactive activities in Minecraft Education.Participants will gain hands-on experience with AI Ready Skills, including navigating the program, exploring activities, and understanding how students earn credentials through assessments in a safe digital environment.Participants will leave equipped with all necessary resources and practical strategies to implement AI Ready Skills in their classrooms, enabling them to confidently introduce AI literacy to their students in Washington State public schools.
