This session explores how districts and partners can reduce fragmentation by aligning career exploration, classroom learning, and work-based experiences. Participants will examine strategies for onboarding industry partners, strengthening collaboration across systems, and creating clearer pathways that connect education to meaningful workforce opportunities.
