This session will showcase how integrated solutions work together to support students from career discovery through skill development and credential attainment. Attendees will explore how these solutions align to CTE pathways and industry needs while supporting classroom instruction, flexible delivery models, and scalable implementation across districts. As part of the session, participants will engage in a hands-on Knowledge Matters virtual simulation lab, experiencing firsthand how simulation-based learning allows students to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios such as running a business, managing finances, and making strategic decisions .By the end of this session, attendees will gain insights into building cohesive, career-aligned programs that prepare students with the skills, experiences, and industry-recognized credentials needed for success in today’s workforce.

Discover the CTE certification options available through CWU and how they prepare educators for careers in CTE classrooms. This session provides an overview of our Plan 2, BME, and FACSE pathways and explains who each option is best suited for. We will highlight flexible, online and individually paced coursework, year-round start options, and recent program and course updates that make certification more accessible for busy professionals. Learn how these pathways equip teachers with practical tools to address today’s educational challenges and deliver high-quality instruction in CTE programs.
